Cheryl Wheeler is an experienced Senior Management Consulting Professional. She has a track record of successfully meeting or exceeding management objectives while working within time and budget constraints. As an RGS Associate, she has successfully led the Enterprise Investment Initiative for BC Transit, a business-wide Transformation and Enterprise Architecture project.

Graham Acres is a Senior Project manager at RGS who has strong project management skills with a focus on software integration projects. He also brings 20 years of experience in developing collaboration solutions and distinguishes himself by effectively engaging clients and associated stakeholders to ensure the required support and participation for successful software and technology implementations. He is also able to provide detailed technical guidance to the project team to ensure attainment of project objectives. Graham is able to manage multiple projects concurrently and is accomplished at project planning, issue management, scope management and communications management. He has experience in a variety of software development methodologies, is well versed in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and is ITIL Foundations certified. 



Cam is a Strategic eCommunications Consultant. He has been involved in converting companies into online customer-facing organizations with a focus on delivering a superior customer service experience.

Formally trained as an Engineer and MBA, Cam found the online world more exciting and has been working with various clients for the past 15 years to help them achieve their goals. Some of the online initiatives he has been involved with include an APTA AdWheel Grand Award winner (; creation of the most popular, non-promotional, SMS service in Canada (33333 Next Bus Service); and an internationally-acclaimed Olympic transportation site ( Currently, Cam is working on a program to deliver on sustainable transportation and living goals ( initiative).



Tom Workman has worked more than 30 years in communication management, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and management consulting. He has worked in the public, not-for-profit, and private sectors, including as a member of the executive of the BC Ministry of Finance and Corporate Relations, and with extensive experience in the financial services sector. He has consulted to federal, provincial and local governments, and Crown agencies, both with KPMG, Canada’s largest management consulting firm, as well as independently and with RGS Consulting. He teaches corporate communication, stakeholder engagement, and marketing courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels at Royal Roads University.

Tom’s work experience encompasses strategic planning, executive counselling and coaching, issues management, project management, performance review and audits, corporate restructuring, and all aspects of communication planning and delivery.



Kirsten Koppang Telford is a strategist with 15 years of experience in Internet planning for business and government. As a pioneer in Vancouver’s Internet industry, for 15 years, Kirsten has helped organizations develop strategies that, though vested in the very newest of technologies, are grounded in good business sense and an understanding of the impact that technology can have on consumers and stakeholders. In 1999, Kirsten founded Cogeny Communications Inc. to help dotcom entrepreneurs develop successful marketing strategies. Over the subsequent decade, Kirsten has taken what she learned from working with these innovators and extended it to larger corporations, government agencies, and not-for profits. In August of 2009, Kirsten started a new company, Common Junction Strategies Inc., in order to help both existing and new clients to navigate the evolution of the Internet, with a particular focus on community building, consultation and customer engagement. Kirsten’s client list includes TransLink, BC Transit, City of Vancouver, The Smart Choice Society of BC, City of Port Moody, Metrolinx and the Association of Public Post-secondary Institutions. Kirsten is a frequent public speaker on the subjects of online public consultation and social media. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Victoria.
